The 
Badwater Discharge is a building used by the 
Iron Teeth to seal Badwater Sources. Once built, the output of Badwater can be controlled by opening or closing the source.
Unlike the 
Folktails' 
Badwater Dome, the Badwater Discharge can continue to output Badwater even during droughts when open. This can ensure an uninterrupted flow of Badwater, either for collection of 
Badwater resources to supply your industry, or driving water wheels through droughts for an uninterrupted supply of 
power.
Trivia
The flavor text "Only real civil engineers are allowed nearby." is an easter egg added by Mechanistry (the developers of Timberborn). It references the YouTuber Real Civil Engineer and his Timberborners series on YouTube.
