This will be missed... Or maybe not?
This page is about something now obsolete that is no longer present in Timberborn. This page will stay on the Wiki for historical records.

A Drop-off Point (Obsolete) icon.png Drop-off Point (Obsolete) is used to receive goods from another Districts' Distribution Post (Obsolete) icon.png Distribution Post (Obsolete) and to control District Distribution Limits. It requires no resources and no builder to build.

Trade Routes

Drop-off Points are required for a Distribution Post (Obsolete) icon.png Distribution Post (Obsolete) to complete a Trade Route delivery. Each Drop-off Point can have an unlimited number of Routes connecting to it, limited only by the building's Capacity.

District Distribution Limits

The District Distribution Limits can be set from both the Distribution Post (Obsolete) icon.png Distribution Post (Obsolete) and the Drop-off Point (Obsolete) icon.png Drop-off Point (Obsolete). This is specific to each District. The Help icon says:

  • Low - Resources below this limit are not carried out from a district and are prioritized by incoming distributors.
  • High - Resources above this limit are not carried into a district.

Low can be interpreted as "Import to at least" while High as "Import to at most".
