Housing
Buildings in the Housing category satisfy the Beavers' needs for Shelter and Sleep.
For the Folktails faction, housing buildings are required for breeding.
Each faction has their own way of addressing housing and population needs.
Characteristics
The Folktails construct simple
Lodges that each shelter a small number of beavers for their size. A lodge containing at least 2 beavers with sufficiently met Needs and at least one vacant space has a chance for a new kit to be born.
The Iron Teeth build
Barracks and
Rowhouses with dense populations, housing a few more beavers than the Folktails' design. Unlike their rivals, the Iron Teeth require separate
Breeding Pods to breed new kits.
While mainly providing shelter for the Beavers, houses transmit power to and from adjacent workplaces and power sources. These houses are also
Solid, allowing the construction of other buildings on their roofs.
