Large Metal Platform (Obsolete)
Here's what you can do when you invent your own laws of physics.

This page describes something now replaced by another feature in Early Access Update 6 of Timberborn. This page will stay on the Wiki for historical records.
The Large Metal Platform (Obsolete) was the largest platform in the game at the time. Being the larger than the regular
Metal_Platform (Obsolete), it would have costed you 2000
Science to unlock and 90
Metal Blocks to build.
Unlike the wooden platforms, the support column was completely solid, so paths and power shafts could not be built through it. However, the remaining 24 tiles surrounding it did not block construction or plant growth like an equally wide set of wooden platforms, so you could use these platforms to build above a farm, forest, or set of non-stackable buildings (though it will still be blocked if those buildings are built high enough to clip into the platform). This made it ideal for building more compact vertical structures without using metal Overhangs.
Like the Metal Platform, it could be built anywhere from it's central column and could be stacked.
