Overhangs
Overhangs are 
Metal 
Structures that allow constructions with empty space underneath. They are useful for making large bridges that can transport 
Power, or 
Fluids (when covered in 
Levees or 
impermeable Floors). This contrasts with 
Suspension_Bridges, which only allow foot traffic. They can build over the top of non-Solid structures like 
Tanks that can't be built upon directly.
Overhangs can be built with the overhang inside of the legs of the 
Double Platform and 
Triple Platform.

Construction
Paths and non-
Ground-only 
Buildings can be built on top of Overhangs. Paths can also be built underneath Overhangs.- Overhangs can pass through the legs of
Platforms. - Overhangs can be built on top of other
Solid buildings such as Platforms, other Overhangs, 
Dams, Levees, and so on. 
Power Shafts can be built on top of and underneath Overhangs.- Overhangs are 1 block taller than the surrounding terrain, so may require
Stairs.
Goods
Overhangs require Logs, Planks, and Metal Blocks to build. The number of Metal Blocks required is equal to double length of the Overhang, and the number of Logs and Planks required is equal to five times the length (except for the Overhang 6x1, which requires 5 times the length plus one).
