Shrub is a decoration that occupies a single block. It satisfies the Aesthetic:Shrub Needs of any beaver that passes within one block of it. When selected, its effect area is indicated by orange. It does not require 
Water and continues to function during a drought.
Area of Effect
The Area of Effect for a Shrub is a 3x3 square with the shrub structure occupying the center.
