Wet Fur is an basic need for 
beavers. Unlike other basic needs hunger and thirst, leaving Wet Fur unfulfilled will not result in the death of the affected beaver, though they will remain dry.

Just going into 
water.
Satisfying Need
Satisfying Wet Fur need is as easy as building a 
Path through flowing water where beavers can go through. If this is not possible, there are a few buildings that suffice:
