Nutrition is a category of optional needs for Beavers icon.png beavers. Being optional means a beaver will not suffer ill effects, like death or passing out, from not fulfilling nutrition.

All nutrition types are optional, but like any other need, fulfilling it will increase the well-being of the beaver affected by it.
