 Barracks are one of the unique  housing buildings of the  Iron Teeth faction and the only housing option that is unlocked at the beginning of a game. The barrack is a two story building with a (3x2) tile footprint that has entrance access on the ground level. The cost of building at (40)  logs is a little expensive, but you do get housing for (10)  Beavers for that cost.
