Barracks are  housing structures that are unique to the  Iron Teeth faction.

Barrack

The  Barrack is one of the unique  housing buildings of the  Iron Teeth faction and the only housing option that is unlocked at the beginning of a game. The barrack is a two story building with a (3x2) tile footprint that has entrance access on the ground level. The cost of building at (40)  logs is a little expensive, but you do get housing for (10)  Beavers for that cost.

Large Barrack

The  Large Barrack is a  housing building unique to the  Iron Teeth faction. It is larger than the barracks at (3x3) tiles, requires (400)  science to unlock, and costs (70)  logs to build. With that larger size, increased build cost, and unlock fee the housing slots of the large barrack are increased (60%) compared to the barrack to make the total housing for the large barracks (16)  Beavers.
