Dirt Excavator
The 
Dirt Excavator is a Powered 
Building that excavates 
Dirt in a 5x5 hole from below. It slowly drills to the map's bottom where it continues mining without destroying the lowest layer of terrain, providing infinite dirt for creating 
Terrain Blocks. It is a slow and costly way to drill a hole for a 
Gravity Battery compared to 
Explosives.
Construction
The entrance for the Dirt Excavator is one level higher than its ground level. It only accepts power through the ends of the front wings.
A requirement for placing a Dirt Excavator site prohibits any existing building from being underneath the 5x5 excavator blade. Any building in that area should be demolished before the Dirt Excavator site is cleared to be placed.
Dimensions
The Dirt Excavator is 6x5 units and 3-high. 
Overhangs and 
Suspension Bridges can pass over the empty sections of the buildings.
