The  Mine is a building unique to  Folktails that allows for harvesting of infinite  Scrap Metal.

Construction

The mine needs to be built on top of  Underground Ruins. To build the mine you will need 250  Logs, 200  Treated Planks, and 350  Gears.

Logs are harvested with a  Lumberjack Flag, treated planks are made in the  Wood Workshop, and gears are made in the  Gear Workshop.

It costs 4000  Science points to unlock it.

Usage

The mine produces 2  Scrap Metal per 1  Gear and 1  Treated Plank. It takes 18 hours per worker to harvest 2 scrap metal.

The UI will change to show the production time the more beavers you have employed.

With full 10 beavers working on the mine, it takes 1.8 hours to produce 2 scrap metal.

Scrap metal can be turned into  Metal Blocks using the  Smelter.
