Bots icon.png Bots, previously called Golems, are mechanized Beavers icon.png beavers that perform most duties that normal beavers do. There are also duties that only bots can perform. Bots are not affected by working hours or well-being; they have a Condition instead.

Factions

Bots from each faction have an unique look and their mechanism differ a little.

At first only a select workplaces are available for bots. The rest needs to be unlocked with Science Points icon.png Science Points.

Condition

Bots are not affected by regular well-being needs.

Instead, they have their own set of needs called Condition.

Lifespan

Bots have a fixed lifespan of 70 days. This is indicated for each bot by their durability. Once the durability reaches 0, the bot will break down.

Given that bots require 36 hours of assembly at a Bot Assembler and assuming that they are running full time (staffed by bots), each assembler will maintain a consistent bot population of 46.67. Thus, an ideal ratio might be 3 assemblers maintaining a population of 140 bots.

History

  • Bots were introduced in Update 2.
  • Before Update 3, Bots were called Golems and had a different model.
